These are beautiful portions of smoked Pink salmon that are placed in the gold pouch and cooked under pressure.
Once the pouch is opened, simply drain out the natural juices. Salmon can be mixed with mayonnaise for a salmon salad sandwich, mixed with cream cheese and herbs for a fresh salmon pate to be eaten with crackers or used in a salads, chowders or pastas.
