How Canada-Wide Shipping Works

  • Only shelf-stable products (jerky, canned patés, candied & smoked salmon pouches, cedar gift boxes) are available for nationwide shipping - everything below ships safely at room temperature.
  • Orders are packed into a Canada Post prepaid flat-rate box and shipped from Vancouver, BC. Pack in as much product as fits in your chosen box size - one flat rate covers the whole box, however full.
  • Canada Post prepaid flat-rate boxes come in four sizes, all with a 5kg weight limit:
    • Extra-Small (22.5 x 15.5 x 7.6 cm) - approx. $19 CAD
    • Small (35.5 x 26.3 x 5.3 cm) - approx. $24 CAD
    • Medium (37.9 x 26 x 12 cm) - approx. $29 CAD
    • Large (40.6 x 30.4 x 19 cm) - approx. $33 CAD
  • The customer pays this standard flat-rate shipping cost at checkout, in addition to the price of the products ordered. Pricing includes tracking and on-time delivery guarantee.
  • Want our full catalog of fresh, frozen & smoked seafood? That's available for local home delivery in the Lower Mainland, BC.

A note on delivery timeframes: Shipping times vary depending on your location and Canada Post service levels. While we aim to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible, transit times across Canada can range from a few days to over a week.
