No. These items are sealed shelf-stable, so they keep at room temperature and travel safely by mail. Store them in a cool, dry cupboard and refrigerate only after opening.
How do I serve it?

About This Product
Traditionally used in herbal medicine as a liver protectant. Each capsule provides 175 mg of milk thistle (Silybum marianum), standardized to 80% silymarin.
- Used as a liver protectant.
- Adults: 1 capsule twice daily.
- 10-capsule travel blister — compact for a carry-on or travel bag.
Cautions: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have impaired liver function. Consult a health care practitioner if diarrhea persists.
