Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the Lower Mainland: Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, North & West Vancouver, the Tri-Cities, New Westminster, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, White Rock, Tsawwassen, Ladner, Abbotsford, Mission and Chilliwack. Not sure? Use the delivery checker on our catalog page. We can't deliver to P.O. boxes.
When will my order arrive?
Deliveries go out every Tuesday and Friday, between 8:30am and 4pm. Your delivery day depends on when you place your order. Add delivery instructions at checkout (buzzer codes, where to leave it) and we'll follow them.
How much is delivery?
Local delivery is free on orders over $165. Under $165, a $25 local delivery charge is added at checkout — or skip it entirely and pick up free at our Surrey shop.
Will my seafood really arrive frozen?
Yes. Everything is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen at peak freshness, and hand-packed cold by our family in Surrey. It arrives freezer-ready — or ready to thaw for tonight's dinner. We've been doing this since 1989.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Absolutely. Visit our Surrey shop at 17350 56 Ave and hand-pick your seafood at in-store pricing — no delivery charge, no minimum. Details on our Find Us page.
Do you ship outside the Lower Mainland?
Our shelf-stable favourites — salmon jerky, smoked salmon pouches, canned patés and gift boxes — ship across Canada via prepaid Canada Post boxes (you cover the shipping). Frozen products are local delivery only.
Is your seafood sustainable?
100%. We're Ocean Wise and MSC certified, sourcing wild-caught seafood from BC's Pacific fisheries — much of it from day boats we've worked with for decades.
