No. These items are sealed shelf-stable, so they keep at room temperature and travel safely by mail. Store them in a cool, dry cupboard and refrigerate only after opening.
How do I serve it?

About This Product
A 10-capsule travel blister of senna, for short-term relief of occasional constipation.
- Used in herbal medicine as a stimulant laxative to promote bowel movement.
- For short-term relief of occasional constipation.
- 15 mg sennosides (from 50 mg Senna alexandrina fruit) per capsule.
- 10-capsule travel blister.
Suggested use: Adults and adolescents 12 years and older, 1 capsule once daily.
Cautions: Do not use if you have intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disease, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration or diarrhoea, or if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder, or take medications. Reduce the dose or stop use if cramps, spasms or diarrhoea occur. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
