Boxes that ship across Canada
These need no refrigeration, so they travel by post and keep in the pantry until someone opens them.

- Canadian Maple Salmon Collection, $69.99. Four maple items: salmon jerky, peppered candied salmon, smoked salmon nuggets and a 227g smoked salmon gift box, all made with pure Canadian maple syrup. It's the easy pick for a host gift.
Frozen boxes for the Lower Mainland
These hold fillets, prawns and burgers, so they stay frozen in our own delivery instead of going by mail. Lower Mainland orders over $165 get free delivery, and all three boxes clear that.
- Celebration Box, $165. Nine of our favourites: smoked sockeye lox, maple sockeye nuggets, peppered candied salmon, double smoked sockeye strips, two salmon pâtés, sockeye burgers, 26/30 prawns and sockeye fillets.
- Charcuterie Box, $194.95. Built for a board: smoked strips, candied salmon, maple nuggets, two salmon spreads, two packs of lox, a pound of prawns and a sashimi-grade albacore tuna loin.

Picking one
If they like to cook, a frozen box gives them several dinners, and the fillets and burgers are the point. If they'd rather open a box and eat, go shelf-stable. Everything in those four is ready to eat straight from the package.
