When will my order arrive?
We deliver across the Lower Mainland every Tuesday and Friday, between 8:30am and 4pm — your delivery day depends on when you order. Every order is hand-packed cold so it arrives freezer-ready.
Will it really arrive frozen?
Yes. Everything is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen at peak freshness, and packed cold for the drive. We’ve been getting BC seafood to family tables since 1989 — it arrives ready for your freezer or tonight’s dinner.
How do I thaw & cook it?
Thaw sealed in the fridge overnight, or in a bowl of cold water for 30–60 minutes (still in the vacuum pack) if dinner is tonight — never on the counter. Once thawed, cook within 24 hours. Fillets love a hot pan or a 425°F oven for 8–12 minutes; they’re done when the flesh flakes easily. More ideas in our recipes.
What if my order is under $165?
Local delivery is free on orders over $165. Under that, a local delivery charge is added at checkout — or skip it entirely and hand-pick your order at in-store pricing at our Surrey shop, 17350 56 Ave. Jerky, smoked pouches and other pantry items also ship Canada-wide.
