Preparation is quick and simple! Remove from packaging and thaw. Place steaks on med-high heat, grill or heavy pan. Cook 2-4 min each side. ( Internal temp of 160) Med/rare. Turning only once. Serve with your favourite veggies and sides. Perfect for entertaining, date night or a fun weeknight dinner.
